Forgotten & The Grudge looses 1st chapter

 Hello Everyone, I am new here but It looks like a great forumn. I have
used DVD decrypter and DVD shrink to back up The forgotten and the
grudge, Everything looks ok on my dvd shrink backup but when I use
copy to dvd and put it in the player it looses the 1st chapter on
both movies? I dont understand this I have never had this problem
before. Any Ideas??
