Planning to file a class action lawsuit against Google's
Library Project which snitched (or in the process of
snitching) 15 million books from libraries for Google's profit,
and against Google's Groups Beta Product which lives off
of people's general communication online in global discussion
forums, and Google builds profiles on users not on Google's
business territores and Google solicits the content of people's
general communication, and that infringment violates
basic constitutional rights. The people turning to
general communication may not have a web page of their
own, but Google builds privacy profiles based on their
subjects of interests in global communication channels.
Its extremely violating piracy.

I am suing Google for corruption, running illegimate products
based on piracy, robbery and humiliation of people's lives with
mass infringments that represent robbery and not a business
running on legitimate grounds, but one infested with thousands
of class actions against them.
I am suing Google for corruption, illegitimacy and particularly
for two things that that they shouldn't do:
1. Profit on the content of general communication. That is
very sensitive. Google doesn't care, its free they take it
from public sources.
I am suing Google for corruption, terrorizing the masses
with infringing on public domains, violating human dignity
and making a profit of free materials found out there, but
taking such materials is resemblant of robbery. Google shouldn't
profit on the content of general communication as that is
extremely humiliating, especially when the communication
takes place not on the business territories of Google, yet
they infringe.
2. A question. To go to libraries, copy books, and profit
from the copies on mass scales. Should you or
anyone do that? Clearly no. Why? Because its robbery.
The materials in a book library are the last that are
intended for being turned into mass profit. Its robbery.
Its robbery its robbery its robbery its robbery its robbery.
Libraries don't hold material from anyone, Google had
the right to take them, to copy them, and profit from them,
and I had the right to sue Google. Those books are for
sharing, google can take them, and abuse them with their
new Library Project, as they abuse by turning the free
content of general communication into profit. In both
cases they turn something free into profit, only because
those materials have no copyright.
This lawsuit sues Google for illegitimacy involving robbery,
humiliation, guess what: piracy.
Do people need to protect their libraries or free speech
with copyrights? Of course not. Nor should the general sources
of communication be turned into a profit. Google violated
basic, I guess constitutional rights of people.
Piracy is not a legitimate ground of business, and Google's
Groups Beta and Library Projects need to stop as they are
based on corrupt business grounds.
Google claims they don't need approval to take things
that have no copyright.
I claim that robbery and humiliation still take place
on grounds of piracy and that these two above-mentioned
products of Google are based on illegitmate business grounds.
(No jokes. I am telling what cannot be allowed.)

I am working on a shopping site and I did not want the unfinished results to
be indexed by Google, the domain was a clean one, never used before, I did
search engine checks before to look for any past usage, I looked up it's
history, nothing. There is no mention if this domain anywhere, not did I
use a url leading to it. Robot.txt and htaccess in place. I have no
searchengine 'spyware' installed either... no toolbars whatsoever!
Now suddenly it's indexed, and people are presented with unfinished results
showing in Google. I'm very unhappy about it, this shopping site has only a
few items in it's database and no payment gateway attached to it.
I got to learn about it because I suddenly received notice that someone
registered on my site.
All other engines seem in the dark, as they should be because I didn't
promote the site yet. I'm very unhappy about Googles behaviour.
So how did it find my site? What did I miss?

an SEO site just a small business site where my customers can go to get some
info. I guess I can take some comfort in the fact the Yahoo and MSN still
love me. You type in driveway sealing and I'm still #1. My sons' name is

May be old news, but Google has finally re-visited most of our pages,
but the result is a little worrying...
All pages that are coming up trumps for "page title" seem only to be
using the <meta name="description" content=".....> and not returning
any results from the page body, in effect, it would seem, it is ignoring
<H> tags as well.
e.g. a google search for "Maximuscle Cyclone" returns the following..
*Maximuscle Cyclone (Taken from page title)
*Weight gainers, weight gain powders, weight gain supplements, offering
*highest quality best value weight gain products in the UK.
*www.gymratz.co.uk/bodybuilding-supplements/item44.htm - 78k - Cached
The next paragraph "Weight gainers....." is taken from <meta
name="description" content=" which is generic content taken from the
catalogue section page (when the site builder generates the pages)rather
than anything directly related to the page as such, we have no control
over it. This is a bit of a blow. :В¬( I would hope it's a short term thing.
On second look, it just seems to be chopping off to the end of the
description. I will now go and shorten the text that goes in the
description to a few words and see if it kicks things into action by
then following on with text from <body>...
I'll let you know how I get on.
