| | i want a spreadsheet like widget which i can customize
i am using Tk::TableMatrix::Spreadsheet
but i am not able to set cell values by set subroutine
so i had to attach a label widget even at those position where a simple value substitution is sufficient
i want to know is there any way by which a whole Column or row or group of cells can be configured by one common name (not just formatting) even say a configuring widget attachments.
also a problem i am facing is that when i want to refresh {censored} in spreadsheet some of the rows i want to diminish, i used windowDelete and deleteRow both.
windowDelete because there is a widget at each cell of the those rows
but the deleted rows doesnot disappear from the screen, that portion becomes inactive resizing the spreadsheet affects only those portions that should be logically present, but the deleted rows just seem to hang like anything on the screen.

whilst I can navigate round minicom to setup basic serial port settings, there are a few menu's which require the "arrow" keys. So, did you/anyone discover how to send function keys or "arrow" ket strokes ?
use Expect;
$serial = Expect->spawn(minicom);
$serial->expect(2,"$prompt");
$serial->send("^Ao"); # this gets you into a pop-up menu.
$serial->send("$down_arrow_key"); # try configure the 2nd menu item
I can't figure out how to send the appropriate codes !

data in NetCDF format.
