ExpiryHandler with jsp

 Hello,

I've added an ExpiryHandler by using a jetty-web.xml file with:

Which works perfectly for plain content but is ignored for JSP. For
JSP the header is set to:
Expires: Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMT

I can set the Expires header explicitly in my JSP but can I set a
default value for all?

I tried adding after the WebApplicationHandl­er (default or position 1)
but then it doesn't do anything.
