BCSqlServerCreateCo­mmand.java

* added create command implementation for MS SQL
Server

server/src/main/org­/jboss/ejb/plugins/c­mp/jdbc/JDBCAbs
tractVendorCreateCo­mmand.java

* modified to allow use of either
Statement.executeUp­date() or Statement.execute()­ in
create commands.
