Accounting Question

 I needed to write a check from our checking account to our savings account, both at the same bank. In QuickBooks, the check debits the income account, but how do I make the deposit to the savings account when we have no {censored} account for the offset of the income account?
Background: We are putting funds from building rents into a savings account for improvements to the buildings. Guess I should have done this as a transfer instead of by check.
