	Dear ZMS-Develpoers, I just found that the URLs one of our Website's that is also available in Russian language are broken. The ZMI tells me that there is a "Duplicate declarative-id: !" but there isn't. Strange thing is - the site was working before. Are there any known issues with Russian language and declarative URLs? ZMS 2.10.5-06, declarative URLs turned on. 	I just tried an updated version on my 2.11.0-09 test environment - same mistake oh by the way - 2.11 - great deal - this takes ZMS so much forward - I can't stop giggling thinking of the opportunities!!
