i have come across the same issue that Tim has...
basically the coldfusion install/connectors is screwed.... not sure how or why but it is.
we installed FU on our server.. it was working fine on a test site and on other sites alerady on the server.
we created a new IIS site and FU wont work... no matter what we tried... IIS wont pass the request onto CF Server, it keeps returning the IIS 404.
the only was i could work around it in the short time i have at the moment, was to reuse one of the old test sites and chage the IIS settings.
also cfchart wouldnt work either..
if i find a fix i will post back here

Problem publishing Sunbird Calendar with Apche webdav at win2000  Jolle S 20:54:19 |

Also I have installed Sunbird 0.2 .
From a article of a magazine I get some instructions to adjust apache for a public calendar.
The adjustments are:
Take the '#' away from the modules line of webdav.
add the next lines:
DavlockDB "C:/temp/DAVlock"
DAVMinTimeout 600
<location /dav/>
DAV on
Authtype Basic
Authname "WebDAV Restricted"
AuthUserFile "C:/temp/export/dav/DAVLogin.txt"
<LimitExcept GET HEAD OPTIONS>
Require user webdav
</LimitExcept>
</Location>
After this saved you have to change the password with htpasswd.exe .
The I start Apache, it seems works fine.
After this I installed Sunbird, make a new calendar and I have to publish it.
It should be published with the follow URL 'http://127.0.0.1/DAV/PUBLIC.ICS'.
If I push the publish button I have to enter the username (webdav) and a password.
After that I get a error: "status 403:forbidden".
The username and password are valid, that I know for sure.
I tried a lot but I don't get it work.
Also when I wanna save a calendar in at a local map, it won't.
You can select a map on the local disk and push save, but Sunbird doens't save a file.
Is there someone who's reconize this problem and can help me?????
